Michael Moore, Chief Executive Officer
Michael is a seasoned CEO with over 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He began his career building homes in 2001 as a Field Manager, and progressed to Lead Field Manager, before serving as Area Manager. In 2008 he entered the General Contracting world as a Division Manager. Michael was promoted to Vice President, where he spent about 5 and a half years helping grow that business.
In 2011 Michael & his wife Regan founded Waterton Construction Group and transitioned to full-time operation in 2013. As a passionate leader, he is dedicated to mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and inspiring others to achieve their best. He’s known for developing trustworthy, mutually beneficial relationships, also for building and growing exceptional teams.
Outside of work Michael enjoys fishing, spending time with family, serving in his church, and watching sports.
Regan Moore, Vice President
Regan earned her Bachelor of Science and Nursing Degree from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1999, a foundation that strengthened her commitment to precision, communication, and teamwork. In 2011 Regan, along with her husband Michael, founded Waterton Construction Group. Starting out with home remodel work, they transitioned the company to focus on Hardscape in 2015.
With a background in leadership, she plays a key role in ensuring compliance and quality across all aspects of the company’s work. Having strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of industry rules and regulations, she works to collaborate with company leadership to execute the vision and core values of Waterton.
In her spare time, Regan enjoys exploring the outdoors with family, especially visiting National Parks and discovering new places.
Stephen Napoli, Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer at Waterton, Stephen oversees day-to-day execution across projects, people, and processes to ensure the company’s commitments are delivered with consistency and accountability. Since joining Waterton in early 2021, he has played a pivotal role in defining operational standards, strengthening collaboration between teams, and helping the company scale while maintaining the highest levels of quality and client trust. With more than 16 years in the construction industry, Stephen has worked in nearly every core role from laborer and equipment operator to superintendent, project manager, and estimator. This full-spectrum experience enables him to bridge field and office perspectives, anticipate needs across teams, and build systems that work seamlessly in practice. Highly organized and adept at multitasking, Stephen is known for creating operations that eliminate guesswork, enhance transparency, and keep project teams aligned from pre-construction through closeout. He leads with clarity, responsiveness, and a deep commitment to partnership, both within Waterton and with the company’s clients and trade partners. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys time with his family, cooking, woodworking, golfing, and serving his church community.
Keri Hollins, Accounting / Office Manager
Keri Hollins is the Accounting and Office Manager, bringing 9 years of experience in financial management, vendor relations, and daily office operations. Known for her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and calm leadership, she covers several roles to keep the office running smoothly and guides the team through challenges. She also helped the team navigate a major software transition, recognizing its long-term value and encouraging everyone to push through the learning curve. Keri brings optimism, a lighthearted spirit, and a compassionate approach to her team. Outside of work, she’s a proud grandmother, devoted Dallas Mavericks fan, and loves traveling and embracing life’s adventures.
